These terms and conditions govern the sale of WaxHands Europe products and the relationship between WaxHands Europe B.V. and its distributors and business partners.
1. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, agreements, and deliveries made by WaxHands Europe B.V., registered in The Netherlands.
2. Orders and Agreements
All orders must be confirmed in writing by WaxHands Europe. No agreement is concluded until WaxHands Europe has issued a written order confirmation.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are exclusive of VAT and applicable duties unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full prior to shipment unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are indicative. WaxHands Europe is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
5. Warranty
WaxHands Europe machines carry a 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorised modification.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in WaxHands products, branding, and materials remain the sole property of WaxHands Europe B.V. Distributors may not sub-license or transfer these rights without written consent.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
